The gentle skin cleanser on my skin feels waxy, like it doesn’t cut through the oiliness. The face cleanser does remove make-up immediately and leaves my face feeling fresh, not oily and waxy like the gentle skin cleanser.

Answer:	This facial cleanser is a cream and does not lather. That being said, it is ultra creamy and gentle, removes all your makeup and leaves your skin feeling moisturized and clean . I love it!
Question:	Does the moisturizer in this product last most of the day, or is it only effective as a moisturizer for a very short period
Answer:	I don't think this is meant to be a replacement for a moisturizer. I have very sensitive rosacea prone skin and it doesn't leave an oily residue or a dried up face. Your face just feels moist and refreshed like when you get out of the shower. The reason a lot of people wouldn't use a foaming formula is most likely there's harsh detergents in it that make it foam like sodium lauryl sulfate. Their foaming formula has fragrance in it, this does not.

Answer:	This is the only make up remover I use. It will even remove non waterproof mascara without burning the eyes A little goes a long way. I have mature, dry skin and I have stopped using the high end cleansers and will continue to purchase this.

Answer:	Yes! I have psoriasis & eczema so my skin is VERY sensitive to face washes. I decided to try this one after I tried a Neutrogena Oil free Redness soother acne wash. It’s specifically for facial redness. It was good but very drying. I love the Hydro Boost Moisturizer so I thought this was worth a try. It has a gentle scent to it and comes out of the pump really easy. It cleans my face without leaving it dry and tight or oily. The gel is so soothing, it’s absolutely perfect. I also use it on my neck and decolletage. Honestly, wish they had this in a body wash because I love it so much. My daughter has really sensitive skin in the way that most things make her have an acne breakout. She was over a couple weeks ago to shower because her hot Water heater was out and I told her to try it. She loved it and went and bought it a couple days later. She uses the Neutrogena oil free redness soothing acne wash for her oily areas then follows up with this as it isn’t drying/tight like the other is. I also follow the same routine if I get a pimple.

Answer:	I don't know about the difference between the two...but this product together with the soap and lite lotion of the same name was what my dermatologist asked me to use this brand...my skin is super sensitive and delicate...it has been getting better, I would say around 45% better than what I used to feel...which its like a burning sensation. Drink at least 75 to 100 ounces of water daily...it helps!!!
Question:	Did vanicream change its packaging? I am scared to use it without this being verified
Answer:	Vanicream did temporarily change their packaging. Here is their response when I asked the company directly about the new look: "This product typically comes with a plastic shrink-wrap label. Unfortunately, the company who provides us with these shrink-wrap labels has been behind schedule for several weeks now. Rather than making our customers wait to get their hands on this product, we needed to come up with a quick solution. We decided to move forward and print directly on the bottles in-house to avoid any delays. With printing directly on the bottles, the label will appear slightly different as it’s a smaller print, sometimes not 100% centered, and our printing machine isn’t able to provide as much of the information as you typically get with the shrink-wrap label. Please know that this is only a temporary change. Once our shrink-wrap company is back up and running, our products will return to their original state."

Answer:	It depends on how often it is used and by how many people. A typical bar lasts just me about two to three weeks. With both me and my teen daughter using one it goes a lot quicker.

Answer:	My estimate would be about 3.5 to 4 months. I received mine on Jan 11(today is March 7th), i wash my face twice a day, and i am just about out of my second bar.

Question:	People are saying it is one small bar rather than the multiple bars shown. Is this so and if so, could Ethique please explain why it's different
Answer:	I didn’t get the pink one but mine came in three small bars, which were packaged side by side in the container. So it wasn’t one bar.
