Question:	Anybody else finding that their glasses won't fit in the washing chamber? It has a convex bottom which makes my glasses too tall to put on the top
Answer:	When you put your glasses in the chamber, they stick out the top. The convex bottom is actually a plastic bellows assembly which will collapse when you press on it with the lid. You press your glasses down into the container with the lid. The bellows will shrink and allow the glasses to fit while, at the same time, keeping the glasses from moving around once the lid is closed, so that they do not get damaged when you shake it up. It takes a little force to close the lid, but after you get used to it, you won't notice it anymore. I also use two microfiber cloths to do the drying. I use a big one to get the bulk of the water off and then a small one to do the final drying. I think the Euro does the best job cleaning glasses and I have tried everything out there. Good luck.

Answer:	I used distilled water because tap water can have micro minerals which may or may not scratch the lens. I can honestly say this is the best eyeglass cleaner I have ever tired. I will buy again when refills are needed.

Answer:	Interesting enough, it is made by Group Medical Supply, Plymouth, MN. It is very much like the 'old fashioned' ones my parents had when we were children. It is glass and fits well over the eye without leaking. It has great to have on hand to flush out the eye!

Answer:	A LOT! Gets all shampoo/conditioner out of the hair a lot quicker. On very fine thin hair takes like 2 rinses to get all product out.

Answer:	I have always used Bausch and Lomb Eye Relief as seen at http://www.amazon.com/Bausch-Lomb-Wash-4-Ounce-Bottle/dp/B000052XC6 I have also used distilled water and done ok with that too. I use distilled so it has all the minerals removed so it won't irritate the eye.
