Question:	Is this item will get wet when I use it
Answer:	I did all of my scans as jpegs so they were very accurate. If you wanted something that you could edit, I really don't know the answer. One thing to consider... I used the scanner holder that kept it steady while scanning. This made a big difference. Scanning without the holder, everything was out of proportion and not worth doing.

Answer:	Depends on the color of the streaks. If black, I would say you have a hardware problem and may nee to send it back (if new). If it is white streaks, then you may need to go slower. I bought and use the stand with mine to get a smooth even scan.

Answer:	I don't think this is the best way given the space/weight and expiration. I'd suggest electrolyte capsules (like endurolytes extreme or saltstick). In any case, all of these would require water - electrolytes help your body maintain proper moisture levels (among other things) but cannot do that without the moisture - hence water. Having some bottled water and a water filter (and possibly the drops, like aquafina) is a good plan. Also, the real worry would be nutrition (given proper nutrition electrolytes will hardly be a problem unless extreme exertion), so some freeze-dried meals / canned goods / dehydrated foods would be good, but again, you'll need water and a stove of some sort (don't forget the lighter/matches). Just keep an eye on the expiration dates of all of these items and update them as needed.
