I've never seen .5% and getting this info is like pulling teeth from all manufacturers. One wrote and told me their product contained 99%. That's literally impossible so I figured it's 99% water, hopefully, and 1% Hyal. Acid. Someone posted this contains alcohol. That really dries out the skin. I hope they are wrong and they mean water. You're trying increase moisture in your skin - alcohol is counter productive.

Answer:	I don't see why you couldn't use it on your head, however, this works very well for the type of ….. dry skin bumps …. pre-skin-tag bumps. I'm not sure what to call them. But bumps on your head may, or may not be this type of little bitty bumps.

Answer:	Not sure of illuminating odor but it does make your feet soft
