Answer:	I don't know about cellulite but as far as tightening skin it has an immediate effect. I've had fluctuating breast size since high school and I also breast fed for 18 months and this along with very few chest exercises (very few and sporadic) I see a difference that I'm happy with. I have also used it on my bottom and seems to work there too. Palmers also makes a firming butter that is great but I have only been able to find it online. They may have a cellulite cream as well, I know they sell one for stretch marks. Sorry if that wasn't helpful. Best of luck!
