Answer:	This cream is not 100% cocoa butter, but a blend of cocoa butter and mineral oil, which is a petroleum product. It -would- soften up your skin which will eventually help stretch marks fade, but pure vitamin E capsules are still the best way to do that. It smells like cocoa butter, which some people like and some people don't. This has to be the -best- dry skin product I've ever used and it's dirt cheap, but it's heavy to use in places you'd use a light cream. Hope this helps you?

Answer:	Cocoa is roasted and processed at a much higher temp than cacao losing some of the antioxidants. Cacao beans are fermented and processed at lower temps. I personally prefer cacao for the added health benefits. To each his own.

Answer:	I would guess they're kind of random. My order had 1 pretty big chunk ( about 2*3*5) a slightly smaller one and a bunch of chips between 1/2 inch and 1.5 inches. The weight was accurate.

Answer:	Yes you can. The solid chunks melt with the warmth of your skin. I use this in my body products. If you want something creamier or softer, melt 2oz of cocoa butter with 1oz coconut oil. Stir thoroughly. Let it set in the refridgerator. 20min. Even though it will look solid, it will soften once its at room temperature. If you want it creamier, you can mix in more coconut oil, a tsp at a time. A hand held mixer works great once it's out of the fridge and at room temperature. Don't use it when the oils are hot. I add lavender- 10-20 drops and 10 drops of nutmeg. Adjust as you wish

Answer:	NIVEA Cocoa Butter Cream is designed to be effective and safe for use for at least 30 months from date of manufacture when unopened and properly stored. The date of manufacture can be determined from the lot code. The lot code is an eight digit-code that is stamped on the bottom of the jar below the UPC. The lot code will either be a series of 8 numbers or 8 numbers followed by 2 letters. In all cases, the first number represents the year the product was produced. Question:	Are you supposed to mix this with other things or can you apply this directly to a scar to make it go away, without adding anything to it
Answer:	Yes, but it’s better for sunburn. Take a cool shower then let the coco butter slowly melt on the sunburn. After applying, either go to bed with a light T-shirt on or nothing. It will take the sting out of the sunburn and continued application will keep it from peeling. When it does peel, only the first layer of skin will peel leaving a nice tan. Do not use if blisters are present due to risk of infection.
Question:	My wife wants to know if this will make my back hair smoother and shinier
Answer:	Yes. At room temperature it's a hard stick and can fall out of the tube in one long piece. As you rub it on you the temperature of your skin melts it just enough to eventually easily spread. Don't leave it in your car lol it will melt to a puddle of oil. I've used this since the 80s and it has always been this way and worth it!
Question:	Is this product for women only
Answer:	Yes, I had surgery that left a scar on my face. Using the cocoa butter sticks not only kept the scar moisturized, but now my scar is barely detectable. I would recommend warming the stick up on another part of your body first by rubbing the stick back and forth for a few strokes before applying it to your scar. Warming the stick first ensures it will glide easily across sensitive scars.

Answer:	I found one in a drawer that had to be at least five years old (and I suspect it was older than that). I worried it might have gone bad, but it turns out that was misplaced concern. I melted it down and made body butter with it and it was perfect.
