There are 2 level to ground lines on the shell of the seat used to determine proper angle for installation. For a child between 5 - 22 lbs the bottom level line on the shell must be parallel with the ground, having the seat fully reclined. For children 22 - 40 lbs who can sit up unassisted, you may rotate the seat between the two level lines for a more upright position. I do want to clarify for you if the padding is washed/dried in the machine and it becomes damaged, this is not covered under warranty as all machines are different. Question:	Does this seat fit with 3 car seats across one seat
Answer:	It would really depend on the size car you want to use them in. A compact...I doubt it, mid size...maybe, sedan, or minivan...should be no problem. I think they're about 20" across if you count the width of the arms, not the width across the bottom which is more like 15" or so. We used this one in a jeep grand cherokee along with a full size carseat. There was room for a 12 year old in between but it was tight and not that comfortable for the passenger.

Answer:	I didn't pull tape on it. But I do have twin girls (4.5 years old and they weigh 35lbs), so I have two of these. They are fantastic. The gray portion can raise up as needed. They sit comfortably, and even my 9yr old will sit in these chairs (he's 4'2" and weighs 55lbs). The customer service was fabulous when my seat was damaged. Answer:

I have the original packaging and there is no information on it regarding airplane travel. I recommend checking the airline website. The car seats are only tested in automobiles so although it makes logical sense to us that a child would be safer in a car seat on the plane there is no testing to prove it and therefore the car seat manufacturer is not going to put anything on the packaging regarding an untested use. I took the older version of this seat on a plane with my first child and the only complaints were from my child who had no intention of sitting in the seat for a 9 hour flight. Answer:	I have a 2016 Chevy Cruze Limited, and it took a bit of finagling to get this seat installed properly. It was mostly just the angle of the seat and the way the top settled on the seat itself. Once I figured it out the seat was been rock solid though.

Answer:	The Boulevard CT has slightly different height limits which could be important especially for rear-facing. The Marathon CT just has shorter height limits. The Boulevard CT has the handy Click and Safe feature which helps caregivers know the harness is tightened enough. The Boulevard CT also has more padding around the head area for side-impact protection.
Question:	Is there any way to know which model year I am buying on Amazon
Answer:	I've purchased 3 Britax car seats from Amazon and the date on them is the same month I ordered it. Its almost like they are made when you order.

Answer:	I have been trying to find out the same information. I do not know why amazon does not list it as a 2015 model, which it is. Other major retailers carry an XE 2016 model with an extended 5 year warranty. This version only has a 1 year warranty.

Answer:	The Boulevard (just like the Advocate) has higher shoulder harness slots by 2 inches or something like that. Which means your child can use it longer than the Marathon.

Question:	Does the Chicco NextFit car seat fit in this bag
Answer:	YES, it fits the Chicco NextFit. At first I thought it wouldn't, but after a bit of arranging and minor wrestling, it does fit. The NextFit should be in the fully upright position, squarely in center of the bag, and then zipped up. You may have to squeeze the sides a bit (near where the child's shoulders would be), but it will zip completely. I worried we were going to bust the zippers, but we have flown to Brazil and back 6 times in the last year with this bag and it's still going strong.
Question:	Does it fit the britax advocate
Answer:	We actually have the advocate and it DOES NOT fit the advocate. Thus the reason we returned this. The advocate is a monster car seat and we have yet to find something to fit. What we do is just use the bags that are provided at the check in counter, and we bring it with us to the gate. You can purchase a little hand roller to attach to the advocate to help you carry it to the gate.
