Answer:	All the answers from Feb 2020 are now out of date. As of 8/23/2020, just search anywhere for "Braun 35B" and it will come up. Of course a company like Braun would never put out an orphaned product. I'm guessing there was a short-term supply problem back then? Watch out when shopping... there is more than one style cutter head for the series 5 Shavers. You need the type number which is only number that is unique to your shaver. I finally found it on my shaver under the cutter head. The front page of the manual shows Model 5762 for the one I got. Then manual also lists the 53B cutter head assembly. So keep your manual! You will also need it to reset the cutter replacement indicator. Amazon is only showing one. It is $31.72 but there is $11.26 shipping from the UK. Walmart has it on their website for $29.90 with free shipping.

Answer:	When you clean the razor in the base, some hair goes into the solution cartridge. I found that some collects in the base and needs to be wiped out or rinsed out when you change the cartridge. I have to do all this for my husband!

Answer:	Just rinse it under the sink while it’s turned on. You can also add a drop or two of hand soap before rinsing it under the sink. If you do pre-rinse the cutting head make sure you then use the cleaning station, as rinsing the cutting head in the sink removes all lubricant from the razor. The Braun cleaning solution is just alcohol and lemon oil, the lemon oil acts as a lubricant.

And the sideburn shaver part broke off just this year, but the shaver still lasts for 10+ shaves / 6 weeks for a charge after all this time.

Answer:	Yes, if your military keep on in your locker or glove compartment. Just don't press hard because you'll cut yourself or break the razor. This has saved my ass many times when burning the midnight oil and didn't buy new blades for my razor and wanted to avoid getting rash, razor burn and ingrown hair because of a old blade. I have sensitive skin and shaving wet with this blade cuts close with little bit pressure but I develop a rash. So I dry shave after pt just incase they do a inspection. This saved me many times and only once I got a comment to replace the blade on my razor, lol.

You DO have to pull your skin taut at certain places or you will nick yourself. I do have this inexpensive electric shaver. It does shave very well. I've used it as the odd day shaver and travel shaver. As a wet shaver I never use foam Its either Cremo shave cream or HeadSlick. Wet face, rub in Cremo or HeadSlick, shave with the 5800.
Question:	Can blades be replaced
Answer:	OK.. Are you ready?? I have found as well as others. If you apply regular white toothpaste to the blades and the screen when they are dry and run the razor for around 20 seconds. And then rinse with soap and water your blades should be like new for a long long time.
Question:	Are replacement cutter heads available for this razor
Answer:	In case anyone is still interested in this product, it uses a NiMh battery, not a Lithium. I purchased my F4800 in 2017, and the battery died in March 2020. This is normal lifespan for a NiMh (and some Lithium) battery. I might have considered replacing the battery myself, but it did not look easy to disassemble. Besides that, the screen had worn out for the 2nd time, so I decided instead to purchase a new razor (not the same model). Being the conscientious guy that I am, I didn't want to discard the product with the battery, as it can cause a hazard in the landfill. So I went about taking the razor apart - one piece at a time until I found the batteries. This is when I discovered that the battery is NiMh. It is two 1.2V cells in series. And if anyone is thinking about replacing the battery, forget it. The razor is very difficult to disassemble. I got it apart by destroying it (since I was tossing it anyway). Hope this answers the NiMh vs Lithium for this product once and for all. And I hope that newer models (perhaps not this one) will have Lithium batteries.

Answer:	Another lady asked a similar question. I will relate the same advise I shared with her...I am not sure how this electric would work for a woman. I am guessing not very well. But I am a guy, so I am just guessing. However, my wife uses the "Panasonic ES2207P Ladies 3-Blade 'Close Curves' Wet/Dry Shaver". It is not very expensive, it is sold here on Amazon. She says it is a pretty good little shaver for times when she is in a hurry. Of course a razor with hot lather is better, but if you are short on time and want to be presentable it is great. That is mostly why I have the Remington F5-5800A. It does not give a close shave. And my skin is sensitive to many electric shavers which do shave close. Answer:	The tip can be cleaned/sterilized and therefore be shared; it's easy enough even to remove it with the quick-release button on the handle. Tips can be ordered so everyone has their own. I shared mine with my brother by simply washing the tip under hot running water and we both survived. The waterpik itself is worth every penny and works fine. If you buy the children's waterpik (model WP-260W /WP-300W) which is every bit as powerful as the "adult" models you can travel worldwide with it as I just did with mine since it is geared to 110 and 240volts. All that's necessary is the small 2-prong attachment so it plugs into European wallplugs. I used mine in France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Denmark with perfect ease. It's small and light and packs well into my overnight case. I will never be without my children's model waterpik!
Question:	How long are the cords? Long enough that you don't have to feel you need to keep your head too close to the unit to use the flosser
Answer:	The cord that plugs into the wall is almost 4 1/2 ft. The cord to the water pik part is over two feet and coils nicely back into the holder after use. Don't worry, you won't have to have your face all up to the unit. The pik is well made and i've had no problems. Just make sure you prime it properly before each use (the pamphlet says only first use). If the unit starts sucking air, it takes a minute to re-prime it. I just do this by allowing the unit to sit for a minute after filling with water and let gravity pull the water into the unit. Then, make sure the pic and cord are lower than the unit before powering on. Still one of the best purchases I ever made after almost a year :)

Question:	My understanding is that I can get two kinds of piks (WP-100 and WP-450) when buying this. Is it right
Answer:	No. There are multiple packages. The WP 450 is a cordless version and while big, can be used for travel. The package shown is not the package with the WP450. It has a smaller reservoir type unit that they call a travel unit but it is way too cumbersome. I thought I was ordering the package with the WP-450 based on the description on the Amazon site but they shipped the one attached. Don't be misled.
