No, at first they feel good like they will fit you. Eventually you'll start feeling like they are sliding up making you uncomfortable trying to keep them down. The shoulder straps are too short (even adjusting them to "the longest" position) plus they are extremely tin. I think quality & colors have potential if they just fixed these issues. I returned them & Amazon gladly accepted them even though I explained that I wore 1 & wash them previously.
