Answer:	I would not say this kills germs. I would say it fights germs. It boost your immune system to allow it to fight off sickness. I have used this for 2 yes now and my family of 6 hasn’t been sick in that time. We have been highly exposed to both strep and flu without coming down with it! Enjoy!

Answer:	I do, I use it more in my diffuser though. Tea tree mixed with a bit of dawn dish soap in a spray bottle works for cleaning and disinfecting. A spritz bottle with grain alcohol and what ever essential oils you like is good as well. Plant therapy also has a blend called Respir Reflief. You can add it to creams for a chest rub to help open up air ways. Other herbs to look for are Oregano, olive leaf, and Usnea. I’m a mom of three teenagers in Washington state. I try my best to blend western medicine with traditional grandma herbal remedies. Another suggestion, garden as much as you can. Start sprouting, and growing herbs and salad greens. Answer:	These numbers are all approximate because its size may depend upon how much you inflate it. It is 7 inches deep. Width of outside wall to outside wall is 23 inches; inside wall to inside wall is 15. Other direction is 12 inches inside and 20 outside. The neck opening (where head goes) is about 5 inches wide. It is an easy size to work with on our hospital bed. We use this at least every other day and it works well for our needs but they seem to last only about 6 months. This is our third one but we will keep using it because it is easy for us.

Answer:	There is only one heat attachment. It is the red plastic & metal attachment. All other attachments are non heating. The 4196-1201’s heat head can reach 115 degrees Fahrenheit in 5-6 minutes..
Question:	How do I change attachments
Answer:	You just pull the attachment and it will come off and then replace it with another attachment by pushing another onto the massager. I like to turn mine till it comes off. Then kind of turn to replace it.

Answer:	The heat dissipates quickly, I would try something that you could regulate the heat. I think this would be a disappointment.

Answer:	I would like to be able to answer your question but after combing through the directions, and the box all I could come up with was the stamped information on the massager itself that states 120v 60hz and 17W. I'm assuming the 17W may be the wattage. I wouldn't doubt it because this massager has very little power to do much at all. In my opinion, it was a complete waste of money. Good luck.
