Question:	Can you use a normal pump for the balloons or do they require helium
Answer:	We just blew them up by blowing into them. I'm sure you could use a pump, though. We are at 8700' elevation, so helium doesn't really work well up here. The balloons did deflate a bit outside when the temperatures got cold, but when they were brought in, they plumped right back up and lasted for days. The helium would make them float, obviously.
