Answer:	Open the valve for the propane tank very slowly. I kept having this issue as well. Safety feature for the propane tank.

Answer:	It comes with a coating. Don't know if it is preseasoned but food does not stick. I bought 2 of them. Last weekend cooked 5 lbs hamburger, 1 lb bacon, 3 steaks, 8 fried eggs. Nothing stuck, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the Blackstone.
Question:	When i use my grill sometimes i'll turn off the burners then back on. sometimes they turn on very low. anyone else
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our griddles have a safety feature with the regulators. If the propane was not turned off completely or in the exact steps, the regulator will prevent much gas flow from going through the regulator the next time. I have noticed that our recent batch of regulators are more sensitive than they have been in the past. You might try turning removing the propane tank and then reattaching it. This should reset the regulator from the above mentioned safety feature. Also, there are air gates at the front of each burner that can be adjusted to your preference. They control the air to gas ratio. There is a small silver screw at the front of the burner tube that you can loosen and then you can slide the gate more open or closed depending on your preference. We typically have the air gates half closed or even 3/4 of the way closed. I hope this helps. Answer:	the legs do fold, but this is not a unit that is ment to haul around... very very very very heavy... this is a big unit.... heavy....... do not buy this to go camping.... did I mention that it is heavy... wonderful grill but ment to buy, set up and cover it it at your home.....

Answer:	If you're asking about when you're cleaning a grill and it smokes, if you inhaled the smoke, I don't believe it is harmful. Most grills should have a vent and it should be running while you are using this product to clean. I've been using it for years and never an issue with breathing while I cleaned. Hope this helps. :)

Answer:	I use it for my wolf copper cook top, it is an acid so will affect what you use it on. Cast iron reacts differently but i assume as long as you treat the cast iron afterwards should be fine
