Answer:	If it has a rail, it should. It says it will fit all handguns with a rail including sub compacts. I have a Turus PT111 MillenniumG2 just right for it.

Answer:	The tape measure is broken down to 1/32 of an inch. The markings are on both side of the tape. Yes, the one inch mark is bolder that the other marking on the tape.
