But in this case I would probably have said feet as well. The plastic things that you are referring to is actually a silver screw with rubber surrounding it to keep the table stabilized. Mine came with the table in a box with the other hardware. Contact amazon they will have the company ship them out to you within less that 48 hours, let amazon know that you are very disappointed and ask for some kind of discount for your trouble, they're good about compensated their customers.
