Answer:	Do NOT use this on dry skin ever. That will damage your skin and you will hurt yourself. Soak in a bath for about 10-20 minutes and then use the scrub on your skin to get the dead skin off.

Answer:	I found that the red has more gentle on the skin, but I personally like the way the green one works (you can actually see the dead skin coming off), so I only use the green.
