Answer:	The cms50dl is an led readout and the cms50na is an OLED readout. The OLED is a much higher contrast and brighter display, higher pixel, better quality readout. Also the cms50na has rotatable display where the dl does not, i believe. For the money I really like our cms50na! Its lightweight but works well. Seems fairly simple and accurate.
