The design of the original Bambino, one must realize that it is anchored by two things: a domed crystal, and a domed dial. It would be these two features that would link all the Bambino collections together. The dial features a light, metallic sunburst dial that's offset by polished hour markers and dauphine hands. A date window sat at the three o'clock marker, and a track of seconds markers worked its way around the edge of the dial. Orient Men's 'Bambino Version 4'

On the surface, it might be easy to mistake the Bambino Version 4 with the original Bambino. For this fourth iteration of the timeless collection, we chose to move back to its roots, all the while taking inspiration from previous models along the way. Sure, the signature domed crystal is there, but unlike the original Bambino, the hour markers on the Version 4 are rounded and diamond shaped. The hands are a lot thinner (which is perhaps a hat tip to the Version 2), and the seconds hand has been partially dipped with a red accent. The Bambino Version 4 has become slight larger, moving away from the traditional 40.5mm width of previous models and instead becoming a modern 42mm across.

All of these features were absent on the previous iterations of the Sun and Moon. One of the great things about a steel dive watch with a black dial/bezel is you can wear it casually or 'desk dive' with it. Is a true dress watch classier? No question, and that might be the way to go for a tux. But this looks great in a suit.

Answer:	IMO, white. Grey is subtle, but very nice.

Answer:	Yes this generation is hand windable and hacks. Only Gen One versions don’t hand wind and hack. Orient later produced a second generation of the same watch with some upgrades to the movement. Here is how you tell Gen One from Gen Two just from looking at them quickly. Gen One says, “water resist” on the face and Gen Two says, “water resistant.” They otherwise look pretty much identical.

Answer:	I too have a 8” wrist. The existing band barely fit, so I replaced the band with a solid black Zulu strap. The strap is 22mm but it folded into the 21mm lug area very nicely. It really looks very nice IMO and I really love the watch. Russ Kemper
