I used the 20% solution but I also will use the 35% on occasion. Because my teeth are actually pretty white anyway, dentist warned me to not go too white (aka blue teeth!) Answer:	I use 2-3 per session. It would be closer to 2 if you are doing all of your teeth. This is a great deal. I asked my dentist how much he would charge and he said $50 per pack. Remove the cap from the gel syringe and twist on a syringe tip included in your refill pack. Fill the a mouth tray (not included) on the top and bottom with 0.5mL or less of gel. Alternatively, you may dispense the gel into a small dish and paint it onto each tooth. Wear for 30 minutes per day for best results. Shorter whitening sessions may also be conducted for maintenance and touch ups. Recap the syringe until your next treatment and use until empty. Store in a cool, dry place.

Answer:	The light is not required, the gel will whiten on its own. The light is used to speed up the process.

Answer:	That's what I've been doing. It has been working great. I suggest using the tray/whitening gel for the last few days you are wearing your set of trays so that the tray is as snug as possible. It won't whiten under the attachment but everywhere else will be white as possible =)

Answer:	No, not necessary.

Answer:	I mean yes technically. Bleach refers to any chemical that lightens color or removes stain. If you are asking if this is industrial hypochlorite (Chlorox) than no. This uses an organic peroxide, a natural bleaching agent (dont get on clothes!)

Answer:	No! In the beginning, you need to twist a few more times. This is a very good product.
Question:	Is this bad for your teeth in any way? Like does it damage the enamel or anything? Also how long does the whiteness last
Answer:	I am a retired dentist. I no longer "bleach" teeth, so this answer is not based on potential effects on my income. The ingredients used are used in dentistry and will brighten your teeth. 35% carbamide peroxide can also burn soft tissues (gums, lips, cheeks tongue) and can even burn a hole through clothing. If overused, it will damage the enamel of your teeth irreparably. I wouldn't feel comfortable turning just anyone loose to use this product in an unsupervised manner. Certainly some individuals will use it safely and effectively, but too many will be tempted to overuse. Your enamel will initially lighten because, like everything else, if you look at the tooth surface under an electron microscope, it is porous. The stains are trapped there. The bleach lightens and even removes that staining material. It opens up the pores and if you were to eat or drink too soon, those pores would just suck up stain like a sponge. Remember: There is only so much of an effect that's even possible. You can't keep chasing a shade you will NEVER reach. The damage to the enamel actually turns the enamel clear and the darker dentin under the enamel shines through...you start going the wrong way. Use only intermittently after an initial daily period which will yield the greatest and fastest result. Anyone who applies this stuff to their teeth twice daily for extended periods of time is asking for trouble to put it mildly. Consult your dentist for advice before proceeding.
