Answer:	There is a spot for two piks, any you choose. It is to the side of the water tank. You have to store the rest separately.

Answer:	Got mine July 11, 2017, just started bugging out this week. I've used it an avg. of 3x/day for over two years, and the pressure is now going away. So glad you posted this q. and answers! Question:	How loud is the WP-660? I own the WP-65W and it sounds like something you might hear at a construction site
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.
Question:	Can I use this in China? The household voltage 220V in China

The 120 voltage and 60/hertz/frequency rates are not compatible with international currents, even with the use of a converter. Using this model with international currents will result in motor failure and is not covered by the warranty. Answer:	You can, but you should avoid using any type of essential oils (be careful that your mouthwash does not contain any) as they will ruin the plastic over time and your waterpik won’t last as long. FYI Listerine contains several essential oils (eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salycilate, and thymol) If you do use mouthwash in your waterpik, be sure to run clean water through after each use to avoid this problem regardless...

Question:	How do you clean it
Answer:	Well... I liked the Flosser, until after less than 2 months it stopped working. But Waterpik, after I answered questions, sent me a new one right away. They said they'd send info on cleaning but I don't have it yet. Just got the replacement so will have to suspend judgment a bit, but I did really like it before. By the way, very difficult to replace batteries and with that first one had to do it 3 times in 2 months before it stopped working altogether - probably the on/off switch.

Answer:	it doesn't some amount of pulses at low speed as high. More high speed have more amount of pulses.

Answer:	It definitely can clean food debris very effectively. It can also massage gum. I believe there are whitening tablets that you can use with the flosser, but I have not personally tried them yet.
Question:	can the water reservior be removed for cleaning
Answer:	Yes!The water tank is a good size, removes easily for cleaning—very important with a water flosser—and a moderate length of tubing. The tubing reaches easily from the center of a double vanity to either sink bowl and recoils easily for storage.
Question:	Is it ok to use it for brace
Answer:	Of course it can, i got the BESTOPE water flosser, it comes with an accessory pick that will get to the tiny spaces in the braces. Works great on my crowns and bridges. It will work great with braces.

Question:	Can you add mouthwash to reservoir water
Answer:	you could brush if you want to after 20 mins post treatment, (waiting the 20 minutes after using the gel & light allows the whitening process to continue...). Tooth structure is such that eating foods or drinking liquids that stain such as coffee, tea, red wine will discolor your teeth over time. This would be true of most tooth whitening systems unless there's a sealant component that would help to deter the staining process. I tend to use a high fluoride toothpaste to cut down on sensitivity and to remineralize the teeth. Ask your dentist for a post-whitening recommendation.
Question:	Anyone know if you can attach regular flossing tips
Answer:	They recommend to whiten for 1 week every 6 months. "For a continuously bright smile, whiten for 1 week every 6 months."

Answer:	Ask your orthodontist. The whitener paste probably wouldn’t hurt but the UV on the metal braces or cement might be a problem.

Answer:	No, only the natural teeth will respond to tooth whitening products; crowns are porcelain, the color they originally were created to be is generally the color they will always be. If your crowns have darkened you might want to have your dentist examine them to see if the crowns are worn down or have some other issue.

Question:	How many toothbrushes and piks come with it
Answer:	The kit came with 2 brushes: One regular size (blue colored band) and a smaller one which is like child size (green colored band) or for cleaning smaller spaces like your back molars or in between bridge work. If 2 of you are to use it, I would buy an additional brush head only. The travel case that comes with it has room for 2 brushes and the handle. My advice would be to see if they come in different colors to differentiate. The waterpik came with 5 attachments with two of the piks being identical for every day use. You could likely place a dot on one with a permanent marker to differentiate. Hope that answers your question.

Answer:	Yes - The toothbrush is a very good 2 speed cycle brush which is rechargeable on the stand with the water pik portion of the product. This is the best option for a water pik I have seen to date - Well worth the money. Riick
Question:	How good is this at removing tartar
Answer:	That is why I bought it! It is fabulous - don't hesitate. I had to go to the dentist every three months and I cut it back to every 6 a year ago. After six months of my own scraping with tools you can buy at the store, I still had lots of tartar to be removed. Well, this past December I got the brush and water pik system and when I went to the dentist this May for my 6 month visit - the heigentist looked at my mouth and sat back and said - ok - what are you doing - I can see that your mouth is drastically different and that you hardly have any tartar. I had not told her that I was using the system. It was the shortest visit in my history and both she and the dentist (12 years there as a patient) were amazed at the difference. You can even feel the difference yourself. And, I would recommend that you buy one of those mouth mirrors that let you look at the back side of your own teeth (sold where they sell dental supplies) beause with the mirrors you can actually tell you are getting the tartar - some of them are magnified a little bit. I check with the mirror all the time and even found a brown spot that is a mark before a cavity forms. It can't be removed but it can be stopped from becoming a cavity - and the dentist tolld me to keep a focus on that area with the water pik system and it will not get any deeper.

Answer:	Since purchasing this device, my power bill has increased from $250 per month average to $850, it's more powerful than a commercial power washer. In fact, I use it to power wash the house, boat and cars with much more effectiveness than my Honda powered 3000 psi gas powered power washer. Question:	Can I use rechargeable batteries for this? I put 3 eneloops in it and just didn't work. These batteries work fine in my flashlight and a EW-DJ
Answer:	I have been using this Waterpik since Nov 2017 and I have used the Panasonic Eneloop batteries the entire time. Using the Waterpick 2x per day I will get about 9-10 weeks run time on a charge. I luv the portability of throwing this thing into the travel bad and away I go. Buying one for my grandson who just got braces.

Answer:	Just like the corded model when you start out with a water pik you can’t use the highest setting. You have to work up to it. Just like an electric toothbrush.

Question:	Why is there no cover over the water? That is unsanitary
Answer:	There is no cover over the water while you are actively using the water pick. However, when not in use, the water reservoir is upside down as a cover. I use a paper towel to dry the inside and everything is covered and remains protected. It is a good unit and I have been very happy with it.
