Answer:	On the Little Giant website, go to the "What's New" section, and those are the features the Revolution model offers above and beyond this model. To recap, the Revolution is approx. 20% lighter, has a quad-lock hinge (4 pins instead of 2 in the lock), and due to the new pins, it has a new lever called a "Rock Lock", which is a push and release lock on the sides to adjust the ladder. While any sort of weight reduction is a good thing (when still rated for the same load), don't let this weight reduction fool you into thinking the original model is overly heavy. I have the 22' model, and I find it easy to move around. The quad locks are debatably useful, as I have never felt my 2 pin design was unstable or even the least bit wobbly. The redesigned release locks do sound nice however, as the original ones take a little getting used to.

Answer:	Yeah, put the bar where it's supposed to go, up against those little plastic tabs, and pound it in to place with your palm (or hammer if need be). They'll break off allowing you to slot the feet into where they need to be to align the slots with the bolts. I'm not making this up. That's how crappy this product is. You literally have to snap off molding tabs in order to get the parts to line up. Worst. Ladder. Ever. But you'll find that out once you get past this step and on to trying to actually use the darn thing.

Question:	How tall is the 16" ladder when retracted to shortest height? I'm concerned about storage
Answer:	a little bit longer than 12 feet

Answer:	This is a very sturdy ladder. At 220 lbs this would be a good fit. It is relatively heavy and in tight spaces you really need 2 people to set it upright.
Question:	Is this ladder truly 16 foot tall? Or is the maximum reaching distance shorter than 16 foot
Answer:	well, I have the 20ft version and the total length of the ladder itself is 20ft... that said, you'll lose some height when you lean it, and you probably don't want to stand on the top rungs. I used my 20ft to lean on a 16ft structure to do work at ~15ft.
Question:	Are the rung locks entirely plastic now
Answer:	Hi: Our current locks are made out of an advanced molecular polymer. They are the toughest, lightest runglocks ever. They won't twist or ben even tested at 2000lb.

Question:	I'm torn between this ladder and the louisville ladder fe3232. it's nearly $100 cheaper for the 32 footer. is the difference just the top plastic
Answer:	I can see where "ITEM WEIGHT 39 Lbs" would throw you off in the specifications. My guess would be about 39 pounds?

Answer:	On the Little Giant website, go to the "What's New" section, and those are the features the Revolution model offers above and beyond this model. To recap, the Revolution is approx. 20% lighter, has a quad-lock hinge (4 pins instead of 2 in the lock), and due to the new pins, it has a new lever called a "Rock Lock", which is a push and release lock on the sides to adjust the ladder. While any sort of weight reduction is a good thing (when still rated for the same load), don't let this weight reduction fool you into thinking the original model is overly heavy. I have the 22' model, and I find it easy to move around. The quad locks are debatably useful, as I have never felt my 2 pin design was unstable or even the least bit wobbly. The redesigned release locks do sound nice however, as the original ones take a little getting used to.
