Answer:	I would try putting on the scarring liquid after applying the stick foundation. If the scarring liquid is applied first, the thick foundation will cover the scarring liquid's results. Good luck Eddie!

Answer:	I usually put it over both my foundation and a lipstick line to trace. It makes it look more real. For an older scar, you can apply a little bit of concealer on top of the collodion. I haven't had issues with moisturizers or primers with it.
