Question: My computer is not recognizing it when I plug the usb in. How do I load pictures to my computer
Answer: when you connect the camera to a windows pc via a usb cable, if computer doesn't recognize it; press the up button on the right side the camera. The camera screen will change to a picture of a sd card. the computer should recognize the camera and it will show 3 different folders where the photos or videos are stored. Hope this helps.
