Answer:	I had the same problem. I used a couple of pieces of drawer liner (Easy Liner Shelf Liner from Walmart). It opened up easily with that grip. You could also probably use a pair of dish washing gloves or disposable gloves.

Answer:	The gloss will last awhile, but you will need to reapply after eating and drinking. The tingling sensation and any plumping effects don't last long at all.

Question:	I'm trying to replace a now empty tube - the name is gone, but the number on the bottom is 2198 - any help with color name
Answer:	I ordered a 2-pack but only one came . I contacted Amazon and they credited me for the second one- no explanation. This IS a good lip pencil- no lipstick feathering.
