Answer:	Use every morning or evening with a facial wash or cleanser to thoroughly cleanse the skin. For extra exfoliation, use with a facial polisher suitable for your skin type.

Answer:	I use The Body Shop Tea Tree Facial Cleaner to clean it. Then rinse thoroughly, let it air dry & its looks brand new again. BTW I do this each time I use it and I have had mine for over a year. I hope this helps you.

Question:	Where are the ingredients listed? I don't see that anywhere? I don't want sodium benzonate
Answer:	Yes, after lots of twisting and turning. Pump should be higher. Have to tilt bottle in order to get soap on sponge. Bottle is short and squat, not like in picture.
Question:	Can you wash hair with this
Answer:	I don't know what real green tea smells like, but this does not smell good to me. I expected it to smell like the body butter, which I love, but the cologne it a harsher smell. I'm sorry I can't be more specific.
Question:	How long will the scent last on my body after a shower? In-store, they said all day but I'm skeptical of any body wash's lasting scent
Answer:	it's a long way from Parfum, more like Eau Fraiche. Lasts an hour or two. It's so yummy I keep buying it, all the while knowing it's not pleasing many people -- but it surely pleases me.
