Answer:	I don’t have the package is cane in any more, and there is nothing stamped on the lid to say made in USA or other countries. Based on the lack of made in USA I would assume it’s made outside of USA.

Answer:	The straw lid fits my Hydro Flask 21 oz and hydroflask 24 oz well. Not sure about other brand.
