User questions & answers
Question: | What is bow hair made of |
Answer: | For the Diamond GX, CodaBow uses first selection stallion hair, usually Mongolian, if I recall correctly. For violin bows, the hair comes from white horses, so the hair itself ranges from white to light tan, because the hair is not bleached to make the color uniform, as this would damage the hair. |
Question: | Do it come with warranty |
Answer: | Hi, the Diamond GX comes with a limited lifetime warranty. details, warranty of the shaft of your CodaBow against defects in workmanship and material for the term of the warranty under normal playing conditions. CodaBow Warranty is available only to the original owner for a new CodaBow purchased from an Authorized CodaBow Dealer. A warranty will not be activated for a bow that was pre-owned.Best Regards Ian sound biz, music technology |
Question: | hi, i would like to know how this item comes wrapped for shipping, is it in a hard rounded box |
Answer: | Hi Tomas, if you buy the CodaBow from us we ship these bows in a protective cardboard sleeve which is then surrounded in bubble wrap or padding and shipped in a structured, crush-tested bow box. We've never had a damage claim so far on a bow shipped like this. |
