Answer:	Mine have varied, but they range from July 2016 to December 2016.

Answer:	You can make approx. 85 2oz bottles with this product, which means that if your infant drinks/eats every two hours; you will need to buy approx. 8 canisters for to last a month which adds up to $200-$250 depending on if you buy from amazon or the store

Answer:	I always boil filtered water (never tap) first then let it cool down. We premix our formula ahead of time (usually only about 4-6 bottles worth) by vigorously shaking the bottle then refrigerate it. This gives the foam time to settle and dissipate. This amount always gets consumed within 12-16 hours and makes life more convenient when you have a hungry demanding baby. When it's time for feeding, I put the bottle in a cup/bowl of hot water for about 2-3 minutes to warm it up before I feed baby. We swear by the Philips Avent Anti-Colic bottles as well so baby never gets gas or drinks bubbles in addition to this pre-mix method. Previously, we tried swirling it to mix and always end up with clumps at the bottom of bottle which never seemed to fully dissolve in the water.

Answer:	Add nursery water with no added fluoride or other purified water (we have the 5 gallons delivered to the house so I use that). Mix according to the label- 1 scoop per 2 oz of water and shake with cap on the bottle instead of the nipple which can get clogged. I didn't warm the bottles which has been much easier because my son will take the bottle at room temperature which is a big plus when we are out of the house. If you do warm the formula remember never to use the microwave.

I am no expert on this but have found (in my opinion) the formula works (blends and melts in) better with warm to hotter water,... the powder seems to stay clumped and does not distribute evenly when cold water or not warmed water is attempted to mix with it,... but if you have lots of time and energy to shake it vigorously then yes room temp water may be ok. I guess if you live in the southern most hottest parts of the country and set the bottle of water in the sun in your room and it is the middle of the dead of summer then it may heat up enough to have the formula work great even with the water then at “room temp” !

Answer:	I guessed and bought 04 after going to their website: http://www.goldenrose.com.tr/en/product/203/face-powder-longstay-matte-face-powder/1It was a pretty good guess and the 04 works - I have fair to medium skin tone - however, I will be trying one of the other numbers next time. I usually use a beige-tone in other makeup products. The 04 is a little lighter, but still looks good on my face, just a little lighter than what I usually use. They don't give color names, so you have to guess.

Answer:	It's a guess, but 06 I think is honey or honey beige. I normally use beige and 05 is a good match. Golden Rose has a liquid foundation line that has 06 as honey. Sorry I can't be of more help but you have to guess at the correct shade. I tried 04 first, which was a bit too light. The 05 is a better match for beige, and the 06 looks more like a honey beige.
Question:	If you are using this specifically for cramps of your calves and feet, do you spray it directly on those areas, or just anywhere that it will absorb

Answer:	As far as I know, is lactose free, but not CASEIN free. My son didn't like it at first, but after some time he got used to it. I guess it doesn't taste very well, but it depends on what is drinking your baby now...

Answer:	I purchased this item on 1/3/14 and the expiration date on the bottom is 1APR2015. FYI, Nature's One says cans of LactoRelief with an expiration date of Feb 2015 or later includes the specially filtered brown rice syrup. (The expiration date for their regular Dairy Formula with this process is May 2015)
