As with all pancake makeup you will need a little wet sponge wedge or you can use your fingers but you have to wet them first and rub the powder pancake to make it transfer to your fingers and then apply it to face or body. This is how you transfer the pigment from the container to a new surface.

Answer:	I believe it can, I used it to detail veins for my Ronan (from Guardians of the Galaxy) cosplay and I was happy with the result. Answer:	This stuff has "pumice" or grit in it. I would use one of those glass scratch removal kits instead.
