Answer:	I'm a hair dresser and I would not recommend using this on wet hair. It will dry your hair out and damage it. However, I blow dry my hair quickly with my hand, I don't even use a brush, and then the Instawave smooths my hair out for me and makes it look acceptable haha. I love this thing so much, I bought a second one in case the first one ever breaks. I haven't tried it on straight hair yet, so I don't know how well it works for thinner straight hair, but for medium to very thick hair, it is excellent!

Answer:	You can mix the rosemary in whatever carrier oil you would like (like olive oil, jojoba or coconut) and use it on the scalp or as a hot oil treatment (I say that because rosemary is better for the scalp and hair follicle versus using it just on your ends as you would a carrier oil (like avocado or almond). I mix my rosemary with my shampoo or conditioner (either for a co-wash or deep condition). I do about 5-10 drops per ounce of whatever I am using. I usually transport the original carrier (ex. oil, shampoo, conditioner) to a measured dye applicator bottle so I'll know exactly the amount of drops I need per ounce of carrier.

You can often get 2 to 2 1/2 pounds on amazon for $20 or less. You want to take 8 to 10 grams a day of vitamin c. It not only builds collagen, but it's responsible for more small tasks than virtually any other vitamin. And each hair strand is surrounded and protected by a layer of vitamin c. Silica (Hubner or Organo) Our bodies need silica and it begins to disappear around age 20. It is needed to create healthy, strong hair, healthy teeth and gums, skin, organs, joints, and about 200 other functions that it plays in our bodies. Silica is known as the beauty mineral you didn't know about and when you start taking it you'll understand why. Don't settle on a cheap brand. You can also drink bamboo tea if you like. I take both. Step 1: Section & Curl

To get looser, more relaxed waves, it’s important to curl larger sections of hair. Depending on how much hair you have will determine how many sections you will curl, but each section should be about 2″ wide. Part each section vertically, then curl the strand with the SinglePass Curl. Hold the iron on the hair for only a couple of seconds, then unwind it back down and pull the strand taut before releasing.

Step 2: Cool
