Answer:	This product is measured to Asian standards. I recommend 2 sizes larger than you would normally wear. I ordered an XL that was too small (I normally wear size L) and it was too small. I returned it with no problems for an XXL and it fits great.

Answer:	Absolutely not. It's actually quite small, perhaps large enough for a flip phone. I use it to carry my ID. There's a large pocket on the back that is big enough for an iPhone, though. The zippers for both pockets are dainty, however. I'm concerned that they will not hold up to repeated use and washing.
