Answer:	Yes, free of both. I checked the ingredients list on the jar before responding here. And, I love this product. Before this I used "It's A 10" , which I would still recommend to anyone who asks, but this product is best for me. I use it after my shower while my hair is still wet, then again in the morning with a few drops of water on my fingers. A little goes a long way. My hair goes down my back 1/2 way down my shoulder blade.

Answer:	This product requires no washing. However it leaves a distinct white residue on your hair. It does not clean your hair. It’s simply helps to absorb some of the oil on your hair to make it up here cleaner. It also has a very fresh fragrance.

Answer:	I just looked it up and No, unfortunately they are not actually 100% Cruelty Free as they do sell in places where animal testing is required. If you look on sites like Cruelty Free Kitty you can find a continually updated list of products that are and arent CF. Sucks because I wanted this myself, but there are alternative products. Usually companies that are CF will be Leaping Bunny certified and have some sort of Bunny logo on them, but again you can always Google to double check because theres plenty of sites that keep tabs on it 😊

Answer:	It has a fairly typical pleasant smell, like that of many hair products. If you can tolerate most beauty care products, it should be fine. Since it is a leave-in product, and will not be rinsed out/off, check the smell before applying to your hair. I have used a number of products from this line, and they are all pleasant smelling and effective products.

Answer:	Yes, I have medium length naturally curly/wavy hair and I use this product for scrunch and go. It can leave your hair feeling a bit "crunchy" if you use too much, so I use the matching curl cream first and it works really well to keep my hair soft (cream) and curls defined (this product). Question:	Is this a shampoo or oil ? I see people saying oil
Answer:	Its neither. It has some oil 8n 8t but it is mostly water. They site it as a shampoo, but it is definitely not one. It is a water based scalpeside .
Question:	Does this product make it more greasy/oily
Answer:	I found that when I blow dry my hair after rubbing in the oil, it doesn't look greasy. When I put in the oil then let my hair air dry, it does look a bit oily and weighted down. When I put the oil in at night on previously blow dried hair and sleep on it, it looks oily/wet when I first put it on but after sleeping on it, it is absorbed into my hair/scalp and doesn't look greasy in the morning!
Question:	Does this actually help with dry flaky scalp
Answer:	It has for me. While not perfect, it does curb about 90% of my issues. It is only bad if I haven't washed my hair in a number of days (winter I tend to wash it less than summer since your skin dries out a lot more. but if one waits too long, then the hair follicles build up with oil and dirt). What I am saying is, there is a balance. If you use this during winter as your main shampoo and don't over wash your scalp, this should work for you. In summer, I would switch off, using it only occasionally as it may over-correct your dry-scalp issue.

Answer:	It is supposed to be watery, yes. Despite being watery, it works very well. The watery nature allows me to spread it on my head easier. I just finished off my first bottle of this stuff, and this is the only haircare/beauty product I have ever sought out to buy again - I cannot sing its praises enough. You won't be disappointed.

Answer:	Use both! They serve two different purposes. Start with leaving a generous amount of the conditioning mask on your hair during your final rinse. If you're not madly in love with the result, use a little less the next time. Apply a tiny amount of the oil to the ends of your hair before you blow-dry, but don't get carried away here --- the last thing you want to do to the delicate tips is french-fry them. Smooth any stubborn post-dry flyaways with another small dot rubbed between your palms and fingertips.
Question:	can this product be used on relaxed hair
Answer:	You can surely use it! I've been using it since I relaxed my hair and damaged it. I leave it on as long as I can; a day or even two and then wash it off. My hair was feeing so dry and like straw and also breaking. This treatment has it feeling like real hair again. I'm super happy with it. I'm going to keep using it because I need this damaged hair to be decent until my natural hair grows back. Might be a long answer but I hope it helps!

Question:	I see lots of reviews from people with thick/course/curly hair. I have fine, blonde hair that has oily roots and dry ends. Anyone with hair like me
Answer:	My hair is just like yours! I normally don't apply it near my roots, because they get greasy easily. Instead, I apply approximately from the ears down. If you find that it makes your hair oily, I recommend cutting it with a bit of regular conditioner to decrease the amount on argan oil going onto your hair.

Answer:	It is a product made using Arian Morocco Oil but Amazon sells the final product.
Question:	Can it be used on chemically treated hair
Answer:	I buy it often off of Amazon, and I have no reason to believe it’s anything other than authentic.

Answer:	I am a African American woman and I am relaxed as well. If you rinse it out your hair will feel like butter and if you leave it in your hair it will stay moisturized for about 4 days at least my did.. I love this stuff.
Question:	Is this Cruelty free. Not tested on animals
Answer:	While we don’t load our shampoos and conditioners with silicones, some of them do contain small amounts to help provide extra conditioning benefits. We do have a line called Shea Soft & Smooth which is silicone free. We hope this helps!

Question:	How often should you apply the product
Answer:	Yes it is, my hair was very dry and it can easily tangled. But as soon as I tried this conditioner my hair was like new. I will always use this brand of conditioner.
Question:	How do you apply the product
Answer:	I use this on my bleached and colored hair. I do not love it, however, my chemically treated hair does not like coconut oil much. I find that this conditioner moisturizes mediocrely and provides little to no slip when I detangle. My hair is still low porosity even though I’ve bleached and colored it. HOWEVER, this will not damage your hair at all and will probably work wonderfully, especially if your hair likes coconut oil.
Question:	If you don't rinse it out, how does the build up get removed? Where does it go
Answer:	This is the conditioner so you would use the shampoo to wash your hair and this conditioner adds moisture as well as repairs. I'm not sure if that was the answer you were looking for, but conditioner doesn't clean the hair, shampoo does. I love this stuff. My hair is super soft using it.

Answer:	Yes. It is mentioned on the bottom left of the back of the bottle. Ive tried every conditioner out there and this is the best one ive used. You have to try it. You will be amazed.
