Question:	I don't know if I am using this mop correctly
Answer:	I use the Bona Hardwood mop motion to apply. Just spray and mop. You don't need to use pressure. I mop the floors every other week so there is not much dirt build up. Don't use like you would do with water. Spray once then mop, spray again then mop.
Question:	What is the difference between this and the professional version
Answer:	According to the Bona website: The Professional Series cleaners were originally created for the janitorial community and have a stronger degreaser in them than our regular cleaners. However, the Professional Series is safe and easy to use in homes as well. Both our regular consumer cleaners and our Professional Series cleaners are pH balanced and leave no dulling or sticky residue. They are also GREENGUARD GOLD Certified for indoor air quality.
Question:	What is a good mop to use with this cleaner to avoid streaks
Answer:	I've been using a Turbo Mop for a while and haven't had any issues with streaking. It could also have to do with the amount of cleaner you're using, sometimes less is more.

Answer:	Only just after applying. This is by far the best wood floor cleaner I have found and it makes your home smell incredible. I have even bought it for the office I work at. They were using Windex! Of all things and since using method the floors look almost new! I highly recommend this product!

Answer:	Yes, it removes footprints. I just used it on our bamboo floor to remove dog prints. I had to do it twice, as they were quite a few, but it did take them away

Answer:	LOL! I use a microfiber pad (I have a Boma mop) and the product advises to squirt onto the floor in an "S" pattern and mop that area and then move on to the next. I love this stuff! No streaks, good shine to my hardwood floor and a nice almond smell.

Answer:	Only if your hardwood floors are sealed. Plus keep in mind this product is for damp mopping only.

Answer:	Probably. I use this in my vacuum mop. It's pretty gentle stuff. Keep in mind you will only need a few drops in the Braava. I only put two tablespoons in my CrossWave and it has a big tank. A little goes a long ways.
Question:	What kind of mop do you use to apply this cleaner
Answer:	It should work with pretty much any kind of mop. Either mix it in a bucket of water to use with a traditional mop or you can dilute it and use it with a microfiber mop. I have a mop from the brand Turbo Mops and I've had good results with it.

Answer:	While we cannot compare our cleaning solution with other cleaning brands, we do want to share that only our cleaning solution can be used with our Swiffer devices. Using any other solution could cause damage to your floors.

Answer:	Use only on sealed, finished flooring. The WetJet Wood solution shouldn't be used on waxed or oiled wooden floors. The WetJet Wood is safe to use on finished hardwood and bamboo, ceramic, laminate, linoleum and vinyl floors. It's safe for sealed granite and marble floors.

Answer:	Everyone is correct, you are able to use this solution on laminate flooring as well as finished hardwood.

Answer:	We have hardwood floors that are original to our 1938 house. We just had them refinished a few months ago, and this is what they recommended they use. We only use the wet jet every other week or so, and the rest of the time regular Swiffer. We haven't noticed any kind of film, and the sheen on the floor seems to be just the same.
Question:	I have the weather mop. Do I have to buy a different one for the wood solution? Or will the wood solution refill work in my old jet mop
Answer:	Am not familiar with the weather mop. I use two differ solutions for my swifter wet jet. One is all purpose and the other is hardwood only. Need two different pads too

Question:	Do these contain silicone
Answer:	no this product does not contain silicone if you have a question concerning this product I would contact Weiman company at (800) 837-8140 they will be able too tell you I looked on both bottles I did not see silicone anywhere on them.
Question:	Is this product fragrance free
Answer:	The Weiman Hardwood Floor Cleaner does not have an odor/fragrance. The Weiman High Traffic Hardwood Polish & Restorer does have a slight acrylic odor/fragrance to it.
Question:	Do I use the cleaner and let it dry, then use the polisher right after? Do you polish after every cleaning
Answer:	Yes, let the cleaner dry (about 45 mins) then use polish. Make sure you allow at least 1 hour between 1st & 2nd coat. Allow longer if a 3rd (I think 24 hrs is recommended) coat is applied. So far, I have not needed to polish again, I simply sweep and they stay nicely.
Question:	What's the best way to apply the polish? I have a hard time applying it evenly with my microfiber mop
Answer:	We would recommend applying the polish in a zigzag motion and then use the flat microfiber mop to spread the polish evenly.

Answer:	I don’t, the SoClean pushes the ozone into the water initially to start the circulation of the disinfectant. Without the device I would notice the reservoir needed cleaning every few days. I clean it out weekly.

Answer:	I can't speak to other reviews, but I'll give you my 2 cents. I've been on CPAP / APAP therapy for nearly 20 years, and am on my 3rd machine, a ResMed S-9. I think this SoCLean 2 is great. I've had the SoClean 2 CPAP cleaner for two years. I like it. I guess some folks don't like the smell of the ozone that is used to sterilize the mask, hose and water tank, but it doesn't bother me, in fact I like it. I don't usually clean my mask in the cleaner, I just do that by hand with some liquid Ivory hand soap I still have on hand. I found if you clean the whole headgear and mask set up in the cleaner, it causes the mask to deteriorate more quickly than I think it should - you can tell when the mask starts to turn yellowish that it needs to be replaced. I don't use the SoClean 2 every day, more like 2 - 3 times a week, and that seems good. Definitely good to know that the bacteria, mold and viruses are killed by the ozone treatment. This machine, coupled with regular cleaning of the tank and mask, should help you be more relaxed about your therapy. Breathing is a pretty important thing - breathing clean air is pretty important too.

Question:	Is this product different from standard spray cleaners for laminate floors? Our floors have grown dull; I need a conditioner to restore luster
Answer:	Thanks for your question Valerie. It depends on what is causing the floors to look dull. Sometimes, it's actually years of using cleaners which leave thin layers of residue on the floors. In that case, you need to use a vinegar and warm water solution and see if it will remove the film. If it's just plain worn out, you can try one of the many laminate floor polishes. Make sure you are getting a polish and not just a cleaner. Sheiner's Hardwood and Laminate Cleaner is certainly from the best cleaners on the market but it's not a polish and will not leave any films or residues on the floor.
Question:	Will this remove salt and calcium deposits for a finished wood floor in a church
Answer:	Hi , We usually recommend to dilute up to 1 oz of cleaner to 1 gallon of water, however, it depends on the dirt you are facing. Question:	If using in a self spraying mop system do you dilute this product or use it straight from the bottle
Answer:	This cleaner is a concentrated formula so you'll need to dilute it - it depends on the type of mop system though. The recommended dilution is 1 ounce of Sheiner's Hardwood Floor Cleaner to 1 gallon of water. It depends on how much water is sprayed out from your mop system while cleaning but you'll definitely want to make sure you use enough water so that there won't be too much concentrated cleaner on the floor. If you don't dilute the cleaner properly you could end up with a film or dull finish.
