Answer:	Hi there! Thank you for your interest in Nutrisse Nourishing Color Creme, 20-Soft Black. If your hair is color-treated Light Brown or darker, this shade can be used to go darker. We hope this information is helpful.

Answer:	I would do a strand test first to make sure because everyone has different natural highlights. My natural hair is a dirty blond color and strawberry blonde ends. It covers up my red tones and the dirty blond part as well and makes it the color it is on the box. I myself did a strand test first. Sorry this isn't very helpful but really everyone's hair is different.
Question:	Will the medium natural blonde lighten dark brown hair
Answer:	No. This product is without bleach. You're better off goin' to sallys- get some blue powdered bleach and say 20 vol developer-- then you'll lift 7 levels of hair lightness. This is probably 20-30 vol developer and will only lighten you about 2 shades. Bleach and then tone your hair with a beige blonde with a 5-20 vol developer (esp if the toner is a darker than your post-bleach hair, go for the 5 volume)
Question:	can you use this on gray hair
Answer:	Yes! It states 100% gray coverage on the box, but different shades work differently on mine. Some last longer on my grays than others. This one lasted for about 3 weeks (for me) before I had to do some root touch ups. The darker shades (mainly the black shades) tend to only last around 2 weeks (for me) before the grays begin to make their grand entrance again.

Question:	Can I use This on my head
Answer:	I never tried it on my head, but it works great on every other part of my body. You will need to keep it away from your eyes though.
Question:	I shave my praivte, so do i put this cream on before or after i take a shower? If before how long before i take a shower
Answer:	Put on disposable gloves. Your hands will thank you. Apply where ever you want it. Avoid cuts. Be very careful to avoid the very delicate skin of your anus. Remember that whatever body part you apply it to first will have it on the longest, so delicates last. My suggested order, based on skin sensitivity and thickness of the hairs: the hair above your privates, being careful not to go lower. It’s a bugger to get rid of that hair. Then the area around your navel followed by your chest and then the rest of your abdomen. Then upper outer thighs, followed by your butt, getting the area right between your legs without getting anywhere else if you can. If unsure, leave till later. Avoid your anus. If you don’t, well you won’t make the same mistake again Then armpits followed by the rest of your legs working from your waist to your ankles. Then the area between your legs if you didn’t get it earlier, and your delicate bits. The skin there is extremely sensitive (Well d’uh!) but you can use this on that area if you follow LOFO. Last On and First Off. I don’t do my back so can’t help you there. Wait 5-10 minutes. The first couple of times go with 5. Better to leave a little hair behind than to end up with a burn where you really don’t want it... Get in the shower. Use a washcloth (I have some I reserve for this) to wipe it off fairly quickly, starting with the most delicate body parts you applied it to. Wash each area with soap as you go. Then wash your whole body with soap. Twice if you want to make damn sure you didn’t leave any residue behind. Remember until you’ve washed with soap, it’s still on your skin and working. So err on the side of caution. Even as you’re wiping it off one body part, the clock is still ticking everywhere else it’s still on you... When you’re done, rinse out your wash cloth as best you can. There will still be plenty of the chemical left in it. I suggest having a few sheets of paper towel stacked nearby so you can put the washcloth on it and avoid touching it with your hands from this point onwards. I wash these cloths separately. YMMV. Also wash the container so any residue on it doesn’t mark whatever surface you put it on later. I store it in a zip lock bag to be safe. Then wash your hands and your done!

Question:	Should the conditioner (not the leave-in conditioner) come with a pump? i cannot get it out of the bottle, even upside-down
Answer:	I think the product you are talking about is the one with spout. A cap has to be taken off and tip cut with razor or scissors. Then put small cap on. Or it will easily spill. I didn't use that one as much cause I got shampoo used all the time, the conditioner put on when in shower, then rinsed out when done we its shower. The 2 heavy creams put on occassionalky. My hair is fine, do some left me feeling too weighed down and without body. Heavy creams allowed me to style with just comb as I didn't have dryer at the time. I Aldo say my doctor about 6 weeks after starting this treatment. Told I was biotin. Deficient. So between the black castor products &biotin, got my hair grown back in. Lost it after surgeries, stress from health situation and doctor said stress. Good luck.

Answer:	Hello- Yes it works on ANY course damaged hair. I am white and I love this stuff. If you hair is fine or thin, just adjust how much you apply the conditioner. I have fairly thick hair and I just put some product on my finger tips and rub in my palms then run through my hair roots to tips. You can always add a little more if needed. Always apply to wet hair with damp hands. This stuff is great. Will not leave hair weighed down or greasy. It make your hair soft and lets your curls come out. It has really helped my dry damaged hair. I get lots of compliments now on my hair.

Answer:	Yes. It should work great. My wife is mixed black/Mexican and her hair is super curly and thick and it works for her. It's flexible but sturdy as the handle and body are silicone. My wife loves it and the hair is easy to remove. She compared it to like taking a bunch of soft combs across your head. There's a support piece that comes with it that goes on the little comb heads and it keeps the brush from flexing too much so you could leave that off if it still pulls too much.
Question:	How do I clean 🧽 the brush
Answer:	I don’t know if there is one specific way to clean a brush but what I would do is remove loose hair strands from brush. Then I would soak the brush in warm water and dish soap since that soap tends to be a bit more mild than other soaps. If you are trying to remove residue. Then may use some sort of tool with brush bristles to get into the small spaces. I would probably let it soak for about 10-15 minutes, scrub and rinse. Then lay flat on a towel and air dry.
