Answer:	To remove scrubbers and/or the brush plate, simply pull on the plate. to reinstall line up shape lines and push plate on.
Question:	How come the brushes are not rotating
Answer:	The brushes should rotate. Ours failed after a few light uses. Ewbanks replaced it. It failed again after very light gentle use. It has a gear inside the transmission made out of plastic that fails after a few very light uses. This is a very disappointing appliance.
Question:	How are the brushes pads attached? Just by gravity or velcro? Do they spin off the machine while using it
Answer:	The pads are attached by velcro. I haven't had any of the pads come off during use. The brushes snap on. I haven't used them. I only use this product as a buffer.

Cleaning and dusting of your floor surface is needed prior to applying our Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish to remove any dust/debris from your floors. Our Quick Shine Premium Spray Mop used with our Quick Shine floor cleaners is a good method as well. Once floor is clean of all dust, dirt, grime and pet hair squirt Finish in an S-shape onto floor in small 5 foot x 5 foot sections at a time. Quickly spread the finish with our Quick Shine Hardwood Floor Mop with the mop pad slightly dampened using broad, even strokes. Floors will dry to a gloss in 30 minutes. Answer:	Yes, but I would not apply it because it might flake off when it is worned down over time. You can try it and it would come off with a degreeser .

Answer:	I don't see why not. However, I've used it on cushioned vinyl only and am well pleased with the results. You can apply multiple layers over an extended period of time and the shine just keeps getting better. Experiment with a small area and let it set for a few days. That should give you the answer. Answer:	I have used Trewax for 42 years. I use the clear. I have the mahogany to Mr daughter because her wood floors are cherry. The clear has no smell at all. I am very allergic but I have problem with the clear. I have the mahogany for her to cover scratches.
Question:	how do I spread this dry wax on the floor? Do I heat it to a paste consistence first so I canspread it on the machine pad togo on the floor
Answer:	You shouldn't have to heat this at all; in fact, I would never recommend it. The wax should have been the consistency of fresh shoe polish. You should never have to do more than rub an applicator across it to get a nice, smooth paste. You seem to have received old stock; notify Amazon and the seller, and see what they can do about it. This stuff is wonderful to work with and a snap to use. You just didn't get what you paid for.
Question:	is color mahogany the former indian sand
Answer:	No. I loved the former indian sand because it was dark enough to cover worn places on my floors where we have a lot of traffic. I used it and it stains a little but I am not happy with it. It is just not like the old kind. I looked everywhere at all the hardward stores that sold it in the past but they do not have it anymore. I guess the company just does not make it anymore. If you find any please let me know.
Question:	can this product be used on mahogany paneling in a den. what can i expect
Answer:	Yes you can use it for paneling if you know the product. It needs to be applied with a soft cloth like an old tee shirt cut in 1 foot square. Apply with the grain since this is not the clear version. Apply in a 3 foot area at a time. Do not let it dry fully. Them buff either by hand with the remaider if the tee shirt or use a Ryobl hand electric buffer. Remember small 3 foot areas at a time. Same for hardwood floors. Have used Trewax in 3 homes over 43 years. Would not use anything else. For floors it is good because it is non skid. Good luck !

This items also comes with a plastic scrubber that can hold in the pole, and it can remove pet hair or something similar that grab in the microfiber cloth.

Answer:	You probably can, but I have found that if I accidentally overshoot my granite countertops when spraying and some gets on my laminate floor, it is so slippery that it is dangerous!
Question:	what are the full ingredients in this product
Answer:	It contains Bee's Wax of course. It also contains propellants for the spray to work, petroleum distillates, and a mild cleaner that has a neutral pH. Question:	Does this product restore dull or damaged wood
Answer:	It brightens the wood but doubtful if it would restore very damaged wood.
Question:	can I buy just one can
Answer:	Unfortunately the cost to ship one can is over $10. It has to ship with Ground only as it is against Federal Law to ship aerosol cans on an airplane. One can with a box weighs almost two pounds so it cannot be shipped with USPS FC mail as one pound is the cutoff for it. It is just not economically feasible to ship one can with Ground shipping. To sell one can and not lose money, we would have to sell it for over $20. Shipping 3 cans costs around $12 so the economies of scale kick in at the 3 can level so it is a value to our customers. We wish we were able to sell a single can but the costs are just too high to do so.

Question:	Does the variable setting enable using as a lamp/reading light as well as for light therapy? Are there 2 or 3 settings? What is the purpose of each
Answer:	There are 3 light settings (4 including OFF), which you can cycle through by tapping the power button. Each setting is just a different level of brightness (low, medium, high). The 3rd and brightest setting is supposed to be the one that delivers the intensity appropriate for light therapy. However, if still plugged in (charging) during use, each level of brightness is even brighter than it would be normally, so what was 'medium' unplugged would be more like what you see on 'low' when plugged in. That being said, the brightest setting is your 3rd setting when plugged in. There is a lot of range between these settings so I've found it to be a perfect desk lamp at work, for reading, light therapy, you name it. This is especially the case since the lamp angle itself is so easily adjustable.
Question:	How many minutes of light exposure are needed to receive the therapy benefit
Answer:	Studies have shown two things in timing to light exposure: either use the lamp for thirty minutes before the sun comes up (for most effective use), or, use the lamp for the first hour when you wake (close in effectiveness).
Question:	how far from the light to receive the full 10,000 lux? I don't see this mentioned anywhere and its crucial
Answer:	I've measured the lux with several lux meters and they read 10,000 lux at about 6 inches from the light source.
Question:	does this lamp stimulate vitamin d
Answer:	According to the internet- biological production of vit d3 is stimulated by ultra violent light. So there you have it. I’m sure there are varying degrees of effectiveness between devices but it seems all ultraviolet light has the potential to help you get your vit d.
