Question:	Is there a secret to opening the bottle pump? I was able to open the conditioner bottle but not the shampoo-tried hot water, tapping, even pliers
Answer:	You have to Remove, or Detach and lift, the pump tube Away from the bottle, wipe off the upper part of the gooey plastic pump body, grasp or gently use pliers to LOOSELY hold the tube (to stop it from spinning), and then while holding... rotate the pump nozzle counterclockwise until it releases and pops up. Then reassemble the pump onto the bottle. It could be easier, but it is what it is.

Answer:	I don't think dyed has anything to do with the performance. I find that my hair is actually growing however, I don't have dyed hair.

Answer:	Definitely more volume. Hair no longer feels thin as it does with your typical shampoo/conditioner. It does help a bit with growth, it does have BIOTIN after all. Seeing as I have a bit less hair as I age, I feel I can't do without, though a bit of luxury as it is pricey.

Sulfonate is related to but not the same as sulfates. In a sulfonate the sulfur is linked direct to a carbon atom where as a sulfate is linked directly to the carbon chain via an oxygen atom. They do have similar qualities when it comes to propensity of being irritating to the skin but sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate.

Answer:	FAKE REVIEWS?! Most of the positive reviews are suspiciously from July/Aug of 2018 or other clumped time spots. Does everybody have thinning hair at the same time? It appears as if they hire some folks for a few weeks to write the reviews. It is sad that we have to be so hypersensitive to fake news, and that they do not believe in their product enough to let the real users speak. I don't have a lot of extra $$ but I have pride and my review cannot be bought with a free bottle of anything.

Answer:	I did not notice increase in static, but it does make the hair extremely hard to comb through. I have fine hair, but after each wash I get so many knots, that it is a real mission to comb. I use Pura D'Or conditioner as well, but it does not make any difference.

Answer:	Well I just went through and compared all the ingredients between the golden and blue version. The BIG BIG DIFFERENCE that jumped out at me is this now has Ketoconazole at 0.9% in it. I have been historically using the blue version and using Nizoral Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week (marketed for dandruff at $14 per bottle and available at target) which is typically used as the only ingredient in lots of expensive hair loss shampoos out there! So Pura D' Or has taken my advice!...and have added a very important ingredient to this mix. Also it has added Alma oil, Prunus Africana bark and Cucubita Pepo herbs that the blue bottle does not have.

Answer:	As LaLa said, the ingredients have changed. I bought a bottle about 2 years ago with the L-cysteine, green tea extract etc. And only used it a couple times. Question:	Can you buy this in a bigger bottle
Answer:	The bottle says the flavor is "Clean Mint" which tells you nothing. I would describe it as a cross between spearmint and peppermint. It's minty, but not as strong as a peppermint. More muted like a spearmint. Hope that helps!
Question:	Is this good if your scalp is sensitive
Answer:	I don't know about "bacteria level 3" but I use this product for years and I am loving it. I have dentures and when I use the products my gums feel great and so fresh.
Question:	My leave in conditioner does not spray the product anymore eventhough it is half full. The nozzle broke. What should I do
Answer:	Too many to type out. No alcohol. Three types of artificial sweeteners. I would recommend looking at it at your local drugstore and buying one bottle to see if it's right for you. After using a number of bottles of this, I'm going to switch to rinsing with Listerine/H2O2 mix.

Answer:	This is the only size this comes in.

Answer:	I have never had an issue. As I get older I am more sensitive and it has never bothered me.

Answer:	It has happened to me also, but since the product is so great it's ok. I either just pour a small amount onto my hands, rub together, then apply. Or I have bought another spray bottle with wider tube(since it's kinda on the thicker side) pour into that and continue with normal application.

Answer:	Results were noticeable within the first few days. However, after two weeks of consistent use, I have many people commenting on how much thicker and fuller my hair looks. They think that I got a new hairstyle!

Answer:	THE TRICK IS USE JUST A LITTLE on the first application (I use 1/2 a pump for short hair) in one spot, like the top of your head. Get the lather going as much as you can in that one spot and then push the lather all through your hair. Most of it will probably disappear and that's OK, just rub it all through as much as you can and wait a couple minutes. THEN DO THE REPEAT. You won't need much to get a good lather going the second time around - 1/2 to 1 pump for short hair. One bottle lasts me 3 - 4 months doing it like this.
Question:	how often do you shampoo? is every other day ok to get results
Answer:	I shampoo every day and by doing this decrease a lot shedding.im not saying a miracle is going to happen overnight. Give it some time. Also Improvements in making my hair stronger and looking fuller. I also take biotin which is only 6 bucks I believe off amazon.

Answer:	The Ultrax Labs Hair Surge Caffeine Shampoo is very thick which makes it tough to pump out of the cheap thin plastic bottle. Shampoo does not lather at all and tangles my hair to the max! The Ultrax Labs Hair Solaye Caffeine Hair Stimulating Conditioner is thick and not easy to squeeze out of bottle. It does smooth out hair only if a large amount of conditioner is applied. The scent however is very unpleasant, smells like old plastic. My hair continues to fall out in large amounts in shower and neither the shampoo or conditioner has helped my hair look or feel fuller or grow any faster. Would definitely not recommend this product especially for the ridiculously high price tag.

Answer:	Its more effective for me if I use it every day but I have dandruff and it doesn not help with my dandruff at all so I have to rotate out with dandruff shampoo but it is more effective if I use it every day.
