Answer:	Drakkar Noir is flammable, until you spray it on and it dries. Among it's ingredients are three types of alcohol(pretty common in most cologne and perfumes). Your new bottle is probably the good one. Alcohol evaporates, so you have at least three ingredients in the old bottle which are partially, or altogether gone. You are smelling the fragrance (old bottle) of an old cologne without it's stabilizers.
