My tube has right angles at both ends and it was very difficult to insert the brush, and even harder to remove it. The brush is mounted on what looks like a thick piano string. Answer:	Hello! Detach the tubing, and spray into the tubing about 15 times to get it really wet. Hold the tubing at each end, forming a "U" shape-- a pool of CleanSmart liquid should have accumulated a the bottom of the "U." Rock this back and forth, to ge the liquid to touch all of the tubing (at least 60 seconds) Then, dump the excess liquid out, and hang the tubing over the shower rod to air dry. Thank you!

Question:	Where do you get the cleaning tablets
Answer:	This product is a pre-wash solution. Use about a teaspoon of solution in a bowl of hot water, then pour the solution into the hose from the bowl. Let it sit 5 minutes, then rinse with hot water. Hose is now ready for regular wash. I use ivory liquid dish soap for 2 or 3 passes, and finish with several passes of hot water for the final rinse. To dry your hose after cleaning, hang it over the back of a door and let it dry out for 5 hours. Shake it several times during the 5 hours to help the water move out. If still damp when it's bedtime, let your cpap machine finish it up. But 5 hours should dry your hose. (I use ivory dish liquid my choice, as it works well for me for the last nine years). By the way, you need to do this once a week at the minimum. The solution seems to make things even cleaner. I plan to use it on a regular basis. Its good to wash away that odor from new cpap equipment as well.

Use a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Keep the tube as straight as possible and gently work the brush in a back and forth motion, in short strokes, gradually working further inside the tube.

Answer:	The SoClean Device Disinfector does NOT use UV light. UV light can only reach surfaces exposed directly to the light, leaving shadowed areas untouched. Given this challenge that UV light presents, our engineers developed this device using Activated Oxygen technology, also known as ozone, so it can get to those hard to reach places.
Question:	Where is this product manufactured
Answer:	We have tested some cloth masks and have found that some are made of compatible materials that are not impacted by ozone, but the straps for some masks may be impacted by ozone. We do not have disinfection test results but we are in the process of testing several different masks.
Question:	Do these wipes help with cleaning facial oils off of the mask
Answer:	The Device Disinfector is not designed to sanitize sleep equipment. This machine is designed for small items such as debit cards, earbuds, etc. To sanitize your sleep equipment, please refer to the SoClean 2 CPAP sanitizer.
