I did beetle base coat thin layer for 30 seconds, I did thin coat of beetle color for 90seconds and then another thin layer of beetle color for 90seconds, and used the beetle top coat thick or thin for 120 seconds and flawless finish. No problems, no wiping after, and it was smooth like glass. Maybe it’s true about using their products with the lamp. I haven’t tried other brands yet to see if that’s the reason but I’ve had no problems whatsoever and I’m literally a newby at this. |

It cuts back oil production, so it's not an overnight cure. it made a visible difference in about 2 weeks, then continued to clear. Her skin stays clear as long as she keeps taking it. You do have to take a lot - depending on your situation up to 10 grams per day: that's 20 capsules. You can lower the dose after your skin clears- you'll have to experiment to determine what works for you. (everyone is different) She breaks it up into 2 - 3 doses throughout the day. She's been taking it for about 2 years, with a summer break at one point (and she did start breaking out again)... so far no side effects that we can see other than clear skin. BTW, she is also disciplined about washing her face, but she was before she started taking the Pantothenic Acid and it didn't make a lot of difference without this supplement. |
