Its less frail, much bigger in size than the vintage ones. I have been an avid collector and most of my pieces has stamped and were made in england. WWRD is now owned by Fiskars, a finnish company. One strap goes around your seat's headrest vertically and the other horizontally. I have this mirror for my grandson, so when I take out his car seat because I won't be having him in the car, I unclick the straps and put the whole mirror in the seat to store in my garage until the next week I will watch him. The mirror is easy-peasy to take on and off. (I WISH the car seat was as easy to buckle in!). :)

Answer:	Hello RoseMarie, If you do not have a center headrest, you can attach the mirror to one of the side seat headrests, then swivel the mirror to point toward your child in the center seat. Answer:	You could probably use it without it but I wouldn’t recommend it. It doesn’t have any shape of its own so it would just lay on your baby. It drapes itself over the cover so I’d say no.

Question:	Would you use this in hot summer months
Answer:	I use it everyday it’s never taken off my sons cats eat unless it’s being washed. It doesn’t get to hot for him but if your in the car just don’t have it covering your baby. When we get out the car we flip it down for the sun not to beam on our son. He’s never overheated with it though.
