Answer:	We have not had that problem. There are two ways to place the bins, and both ways work. This storage organizer has been awesome for small children, as they can reach the bins easily. The higher ones are more likely to have bins fall out as kids try to reach the high shelf. Not a fan of the plastic (prefer wood), but this one has worked out very well for us.
