Answer:	Not positive, but the set comes with hooks just not sure if the angle of the hooks would facilitate it coming from the ceiling. May need modified hooks but the shelf itself is very light weight so shouldn’t be a problem hanging.

Answer:	I have had the same problem. It does not seem to light automatically in the dark room, which is what I wanted. If I push the top right "Button" it lights for a few seconds but that is all.

Answer:	You can only see the display at night if the room is very dark and you have it set to so the Smart Nightlight is on. When you do this, you will be able to see the display, but it is not bright enough to be a nightlight. When you hit the snooze button on the top it does light up quite brightly, but that only stays on for 10 seconds.

Answer:	According to the description, the 17x9 dimension is for the tent sleeping area, which would not include the porch. It says that the screened porch is additional, which would mean that it is not included in the 17 x 9 dimension given

Answer:	The first time it took about 30 stressful minutes. I did it by myself so it would take a lot less time with 2 people. I can now set it up by myself in about 10 minutes. It's super easy. Make sure you follow the instructions as they are color coded. It's a great tent especially the door. The only negative is the screened in area is kinda small and does not have a floor. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Question:	Can you add a cleaner to the water
Answer:	I would not, as you don't know how it will effect the heating element or filter of the steamer mop and as it will also void any warranty on the piece of equipment. Adding anything to the water may also gum up the works, leaving clogged tubes which will render your machine inoperable. I use a spray on clearner separately to pretreat the area I am to clean, then run the steam mop immediately over that area (usually 4 foot by 4 foot). I also use a good number of the micropads, as I replace them often while cleaning then run a clean one over everything at the end.

Question:	Is the carpet supposed to be completely clean when the water is completely clear
Answer:	If you are sucking up clear water, yes the area you are cleaning should be clean. However I let mine dry, pretreated it again and went back over it to make sure and the penetrate deeper. It seemed to work. My carpet had an older set in pet stain that I didn't find right away.
Question:	does it pick up pet urine
Answer:	You need an enzyme cleaner to completely break down pet urine. Especially for cats. If you don’t remove all of the urine, it will eventually start to smell again and could cause the pet to pee there in the future.
Question:	what is the total weight and motor capacity
Answer:	The thing weighs about 12 pounds. I don't know what you mean by motor capacity, but if you go over the same area too many times it'll pull the carpet fibers up. My office was a mess. I had Stanley steamer come in a year or so ago and they did an okay job. This thing was 99 bucks and in 20 minutes did a fantastic job. I have white carpets that were gray and now their white again.
Question:	does it come with the carpet shampoo
Answer:	While it comes with a smaller bottle (for one use), I ended up buying an oxy product specifically for pet urine and reshampooed the carpet. After drying, is now smells fresh.

Question:	Will this remove dried printer ink stains
Answer:	I have tried to use this on ink and it helps, but doesn't completely get it out. I would highly recommend good old hair spray! Hair spray has been a go-to for any kind of ink stain. Try it on a small area first. The hairspray will help break down the ink and then you can use something else to remove it. Good luck!
Question:	Can i use this on a couch
Answer:	Since couch fabric can be comprised of many types of fibers and dyes, I think if I were using it on an unknown fabric, I'd test Spot Shot first on a piece of the cloth in an area that is not highly visible. This is just being cautious, and I think that is what Spot Shot suggests too.
Question:	What is the difference between the "professional" labeled product and the regular? size of can
Answer:	The professional seems stronger and better at getting stains out especially older ones. Size of cans are the same.
Question:	What are the directions for use of product "Spot Shot
Answer:	As an extra help after dabbing up lay some paper towels or cloth on spot and put a book on top to wick up any remaining moisture. I leave book on for several hours.

Answer:	I used it on a cream colored rug and it didn’t bleach it. I also wondered about my dark blue sofa... too scared to try it though lol
