Answer:	It's not listed. My 3 year old granddaughter loves this and has no issues sleeping on it.

Answer:	follow the poles down on either side of the device. On the side of those poles within an inch or two of where it curves under the mattress, there will be release buttons (hard to press). They are slightly darker color than rest of plastic in bulge

Answer:	I don't think so. It works perfectly for a toddler bed mattress, but I tried it on my bed mattress & it's too thick to go under. If your sofa cushions are thick, then I don't think it would work.
