Answer:	I don't know if this is the same one as I purchased last year, but when I received them, they were absolutely NOT CE 2002 Certified. They are un-certified climbing harnesses. We run a summer camp and we could not use these due to the lack of the certification. We did and you can contact UIAA and confirm this.
Question:	How do I get certificate
Answer:	It does not have pins for attaching to a cart. If you compare the popper's base size to your cart you should be able judge the fit. I just finished "attaching" my popper to a paramount stand, fit perfect.
