Answer:	No, it does not.

Answer:	It’s fairly large and holds a good amount of scarves.

Answer:	I hang my infinity scarves on the bottom row. I just push part of it through and it hangs without any difficulty. My infinity scarves are thick, so I don't have an issue with them falling off. But this hanger holds all scarves so well, that I don't think you will have an issue with them.

Question:	I have 2, 2 year old girls and a 5 year old girl. We have a lot of leggings, would this work to hang the little leggings
Answer:	I would think it would work very well for leggings. It's terrific for my scarves, but my shawl type scarves are a little little too thick.
