Answer:	It's not true because I used glass bottles on it so many-many times. Just don't make it too hot then put in cold water while still very hot to cool it because it might break your glass bottle. Hope this will help you!

Answer:	Yes, condiment bottles will fit. I use mine for this very reason, to heat massage oil. Keep in mind Lotion, Oil, Water, or Milk will conduct heat at different rates. A bottle of Oil will heat much faster than a bottle of lotion. There is no temperature setting on this machine. The temperature is adjusted by the amount of water you add to the machine which then steams the bottle. Only experience will tell you how much water to add to the machine; I burned my fingers the first time I used it. Polyethylene condiment bottles will deform, though mine have not yet deformed to the point of leaking. Unless you consistently keep your bottles full, you will need to adjust how much water you add. If heating a full bottle makes it warm, heating a half bottle with the same amount of water can cause a burn. A client may not be very forgiving if you injure them. I would recommend a warmer with a temperature setting. They do however cost at least twice as much.

Answer:	To be honest in not sure about the comoto bottles but the Tommy Tippee ones are very wide and this bottle warmer fits it.

Answer:	My 3 year old has oral issues and had a very hard time learning to suck from just a normal straw and had no issues with these cups. I agree with Trisha though, its important to put them together correctly, the part of the top of the straw that bends should be facing outward (away from the hinge of the lid). There is no seal to the straw like munchkin weighted straws or those similar to them so I'm not sure why others have issues. Perhaps people are putting the straw in backwards and when the child tries to bend it the wrong way it doesn't allow the liquid to come up. We've completely switched over to these cups.

Question:	How to get rid of the toxic smell??? My baby did not want to drink from it, guessing because of the smell
Answer:	I don't think they will have the strength to do that. If in fact it is a Macbook Air, then you will be trying to fix a dent on an aluminum surface with a suction cup designed to hold plexiglass. My suggestion would be to find someone who could open the Macbook Air for you and then try to fix the dent from within. If you are savvy enough, with good hand coordination, the right tools and really attentive to detail, then try to follow the opening procedures on YouTube or any other DIY website and attempt to fix it on your own. Otherwise, take it to a professional. Additionally, If the dent is bad enough, you can always buy a the correct chassis part for your model and replace it. Ultimately, if you think they could help you, then go ahead and get them. If you like fixing your own computer or cell phone, chances are you are going to need these tools in the future anyway.
