Answer:	Hello Ed, our Hazard 4 Air Support carry-on luggage does have a pull-out handle. It's also heigh-adjustable.

Answer:	Without exact dimensions, I can't say for sure... but the Hazard website advertises the laptop sleeve as being able to accommodate up to 17" laptops, so I would guess no.

Answer:	You need to take the wheels off which is simple as they clip off easily. The stroller folds down as normal and fits into the bag. Its a pretty tight fit and can be difficult to do on your own, particularly with a baby in your arms or on the airport floor! If you have help its very doable.

Answer:	this phone is primarily CDMA for Verizon( not Sprint). It is GSM but you need to check with the particular carrier for their compatibility.
