Question:	can we use a differnt brake? is there something wrong with a spring break on the line
Answer:	All depends on the amount of preloaded tension in the brake and its distance from the end. I highly recommend the addition of a spring brake for emergency stoppage.
Question:	Does the brake work safely at steeper angles
Answer:	How much time? I'd say a couple hours for sure. If you get stuck, give us a call and we can help with figuring out how high off the ground your zip line needs to be anchored. You'll also want a Tensioning kit (which is an 8 FT strap, fancy come-along and cable grab) to assist with bringing your zip line up to the right tension.
Question:	How long is approximate installation for 200 ft line, contractor husband
Answer:	You "can" use a different brake, but you will be limiting your slope to a 3% or less, where the Bungee Brake allows you to go up to a 6% slope (more fun). Up to you...

Question:	Is this item commercial grade
Answer:	You can place them as far apart or close together as you wish. I'm not 100% sure which straps or brackets you're referring too. If it's the adjustable ropes that come with the swing you can hang them on a singular spot or two spots. For hanging straps that are sold separately in our store (www.amazon.com/royaloak) you can purchase a single strap for one hanging spot our 2 pack strap for 2 hanging spots. I hope this answered your question. You can always private message us with pictures of your current set up if that makes it easier.
Question:	How far apart should the mounting straps or brackets be placed
Answer:	The ropes are attached and already threaded through the swing. You could actually attach it that way to a swing set. We bought the Royal Oak straps because we were attaching the swing to a maple tree branch. The swing along can hold up to 400 lbs so even the adults can enjoy it. The straps allow about 4000+ lbs so it is a very sturdy and capable swing. The kids were swinging this afternoon and evening (10 &5yrs old). This has been a great buy for our family.
Question:	Do the two wide, flat straps that actually attach to the tree or swing set above, and the ropes below, come with the swing
Answer:	It can handle the weight of an adult or two depending on the individuals weight, but space wise two adults can't really comfortably lay on it, it's a bit tight between the ropes.

Answer:	I used both spring brake and bungee brake.

Question:	Will this work on a 5/16 cable? Is it single or double baring
Answer:	Twin roller trolly worked well on 5/16 Stainless steel cable for a 80 ft. I used it for crossing a flooded creek during hunting season. I thought mine was rated 4 to 5000lbs tensile strength. Because of how the cable strands were wrapped. But rechecking were I purchased cable the only list 1800 tensile strength cable. Our heaviest person weighed less than 250 lbs. Worked well down to 15 degrees Fahrenheit.
Question:	Will it work with coated cable? I have a bunch of 5/16 coated cable had anyone used this
Answer:	Jon I tried vinyl coated cable many years with a home-made zipline trolley. It peeled the vinyl off quite quickly. There is a lot of weight per square inch on those wheels. I used galvanized wire which held up for 10 years or more, though I think the trolley wore some of the zinc off eventually. A friend used stainless steel cable which did not seem terribly expensive compared to galvanized, though I have not studied it carefully. You want these to last. I built mine for my kids, now I'm rebuilding for my grandkids. Good luck.

Answer:	Bring the trolley back to the start by attaching a tag line to it and walking it back to the start.

Answer:	Yes, you sure could attach a seat to this trolley.

Answer:	You can remove with a little Allen Wrench. It takes a couple minutes, but it's easy. Easier still would be to use a bike lock to tie it to one of your trees when not in use.
Question:	Can you easily detach the handles so kids cannot use it without supervision
