Answer:	I don’t know about this particular brand, but I have accidentally melted the MAM brand when I left it on a pacifier that went into the steam sterilizer.

Answer:	They don't swing freely. You have to move it. If you have the tab at the side it won't matter if the pacifier is upside down.

Answer:	Hello, We would like to bring to your attention that you were probably trying to open the clips in the wrong way. The clips have a different system for opening than metal clips do. Each of our clips have a little rectangular lever at the end of the clip which you need to push upwards in order to open the clip. You can also find a diagram of this with the description on the back of the packaging. In addition, we pride ourselves on our customer service and we want all of our customers happy. The ribbon is made of silky soft close woven polyester. At 1mm (0.04in) thick and 1in wide, it's very strong. We used high-tensile strength tread and triple stitching at times to be sure of the attachment strength. And our pacifier clips are easy to clean.
