The tray is slightly above our normal dinning room table and slides over it placing the child at the table with us. I moved it over to our kitchen counter and the tray fits just under the counter which would also allow the child to sit with everyone at meal time. We have also used the removable seat and placed it in a standard kitchen chair so that might also be an option.

Answer:	Thank you for the question! Unfasten the seat strap on the backside to allow the harnesses to flow freely. From there, remove the covering from the seat frame. Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle.

Question:	do you have to use a timer or can it swing until you turn it off
Answer:	Yes, there is a zipper in the back and you pull the whole thing up and over. I have yet to wash it so I don't know how it turns out after. I don't think I will put it in the dryer.
