Answer:	No it doesn't. My newborn could not sit in it. It was not reclined enough for him. He is almost 2 months now and can sit in it better now but I was really disappointed he couldn't sit in it when he was first born.

Answer:	Also, you could put felt on the bottoms to protect the floor if you think it may still scratch. The sticky side of the felt should adhere to the leg easily.

Answer:	We bought this chair when my daughter was 9 months old 17lbs and 22" long and she fit great in it. When the baby is sitting in the chair, it acts as a cradle on the bottom much like the outdoor chairs used for adults so it is very comfortable. It also has a "wall" of fabric with two leg holes that only the legs can go through...she would not be able to slide out if that's what you are worried about. Our daughter is now 14 months old and loves her chair when we go to grandmas house or weekend baseball games at the park. If I can answer anything else, please let me know.

Answer:	After we took this on a camping trip, it smelled like campfire smoke. Attempted to gently pressure wash it and the smoke smell didn't come out. Looked at how the material was attached to the leg frame (with 4 screws and a cloth strap on the back). I was able to remove the fabric by undoing 4 screws, two at the top of the back, and two underneath the tray area; after removing there are two rubber caps on the top of the poles on the back (they may stay inside the fabric). I then undid the metal circular clasp around the folding part in the back with a hammer (be careful, one will go soaring); I had to search the grass for it. After you've removed these things you can slide the entire material up and off of the frame. I washed mine my hand in the bath tub and hung to dry.

Question:	What kind of music does the plane have. Does it just make noise or does it play music
Answer:	It's a good mat to drag outside for a little while, maybe an hour or two, but direct sun/uv exposure for repeated prolonged periods will definitely degrade the mat, and eventually cause it to dry/crack. Also, I've noticed that it can get fairly hot if the sun beats directly down on it for multiple hours in he summer. That being said, we like using outs outside occasionally, even twice to the beach, and it worked great and cleaned easily
